This website is wholly owned and operated by EACOMM Corporation, Philippines. EACOMM Corporation is the legal entity behind all transactions concerning this website and services and features it offers.
The source code, design and features contained in this website are the intellectual property of EACOMM Corporation, and are protected by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and all applicable international treaties governing copyright.
Description of Service
eForuli.com provides storage space for e-book files to allow for easy archiving and downloading across different platforms. While we provide virtually unlimited storage space to our Users, this is subject to reasonable use particularly in terms of bandwidth and traffic utilization of our servers. As such, we reserve the right to disable accounts we feel are abusing our service.
User Accounts
eForuli.com requires users of our website to provide us with a valid email address, country of origin and their real name. User data is protected by encrypted passwords and file systems and will be governed by our Privacy Policy. It is the user's responsibility to ensure their password is secure and known only to them. Access to the User's account via a valid username and password is the sole responsibility of the User, whether or not access was authorized or not.
User Data
The User has sole responsibility of the files and data it uploads to eForuli.com. We will not be held responsible for loss and/or corruption of data uploaded to our website regardless of the cause.
Copyright of User Data
The User will not use the service to store, share or edit any material that infringes any copyrights or violates or promotes the violation of the intellectual property rights of any third party. Any User reported to be violating IP and Copyright laws will be banned from the website and reported to the proper authorities. Any file that EACOMM believes is in violation of copyright laws will be removed from the website. Any publisher or author who feels their copyright is being violated by one or more User of the website is asked to report any issues to info@eforuli.com for immediate action.
General Prohibitions
As a User of eForuli.com you agree not to:
- Upload or share files or content that you are legally prohibited to do so. You will ensure that you are not violating any copyrights, patents, trademarks, IP laws, censorship and any other laws pertaining to the content you are uploading.
- Utilize eForuli.com in the uploading and sharing of bigotry, hate, racism, pornography and other defamatory or obscene content.
- Abuse the service and not overload the system by utilizing means to bulk upload/download, spam, or any other techniques that would overwhelm the servers of the website.
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer or access private areas of the website.
- Misrepresent or impersonate another person or organization.
EACOMM reserves the right to investigate and prosecute violations of any of the above to the full extent of the law, or to report such violations to the proper authorities.

The User acknowledges and agrees that eForuli.com will not be responsible for any damages to your data, computer system or the computer system of any third party that result from use of the this service.
Indemnity
The User will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EACOMM, its officers, directors, affiliates, employees and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, or your violation of this Agreement, including without limitation third party claims relating to User Files submitted to the Service by you that infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or moral rights of a third party.
Governing Law and Venue
This site is governed by the Laws of the Republic of the Philippines and the City of Quezon, Metro Manila. By using this site, users agree to the courts of Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines as the exclusive venue
